1 x minor Service @ 2000hrs or 12 Months, Consisting of Air, Oil Filter, Dry Filter Element, 10ltrs Rotair 4000hr Premium Plus Oil, Labour, Travel, mileage
Should the Compressor Reach its service hours before the 12 month Period it is the Customers responsibilty to Contact us
Any Additional Consumable Service Item deemed required due to excessive Hours or Conditions will be charged Extra.
The Service does Not include any ancillary equipment, i.e oil-water separators or in-line filters

The above inclusions apply to all ABAC UK warranty schemes; Standard Warranty (24 Months) – Standard. Extended Warranty (60 Months or 25,000 hours) – Premium payment and Warranty Disclaimer applies.
All routine service work and consumable service items. Electrical component failure due to electrical installation or supply problems. Normal wear and tear. Accidental damage. Any consequential loss or costs whatsoever relating to a warrantable situation however caused.
Faults arising from lack of maintenance or incorrect use. Corrosion, paintwork and panels.
Any fault arising from poor ventilation or poor installation.
Faults arising due to the use of the machine outside of its design criteria. The extended or standard warranty plan will be issued with ABAC/ALUP air compressors, and will be dependent upon the following conditions.
The owner must maintain a service agreement and service the air compressor in conjunction with the recommended service schedules with the selling authorised distributor. It is the responsibility of the owner of the machine to adhere to these terms. A copy of the service records may be requested by ABAC UK at any time. All parts used within the warranty period must be genuine spare parts and any Rotair Lubricant, supplied by ABAC UK only. It is the responsibility of the owner to carry out due diligence when operating the equipment and to report any faults immediately. It is the responsibility of the owner to carry out the recommended daily checks inclusive of checking the lubricant levels. The equipment must be installed correctly and commissioned, following the guidelines for electrical supply and ventilation requirements.
All warranty repairs must be authorised by ABAC UK Technical Department prior to the commencement of such works and repairs carried out by an authorised distributor only.
A sample of the air compressor lubricant may be requested by ABAC UK at any time. The warranty shall not be transferable unless agreed in writing with ABAC UK, if agreed the machine must be re-commissioned with new paperwork at new site.
The shipment of spare parts to repair a reported fault will be sent free of charge, carriage paid from our head office on normal delivery. ABAC UK reserves the right to terminate any warranty agreement in case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or non payment in advance of the Extended Warranty premium. These conditions are presented in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions of sale, copies of which are available on request.
